Return Policy

Once approval has been submitted and print services have begun, the print materials, any mailing services, and any list purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All items offered on the site are customized to each user. Users of the site have the ability to choose from a catalog of predefined headlines and photos, or to upload personalized photos and headlines. Users of the site will be given an online proof to show what each printed piece will look like.  All spelling and appearance of images and logos are the responsibility of each user. Deadlines are posted on the site for when completed orders must be submitted to participate in the lower-cost print run. It is the responsibility of each user to meet that deadline.
